Refunds

To request a refund or to report any issue, please email us at nina@chiefsculture.com, or DM us on Instagram @chiefs_culture. Explain to us your problem and will do our best to assist you. We aim to keep our customers happy!

Only for products proven to have arrived damaged or wrong in size, color or design will a refund be granted. At times, packages get lost in the mail and unfortunately that's a matter out of our control. WE DO NOT REPLACE MISSING PACKAGES MARKED  “DELIVERED”. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

Each product is made-to-order by third party print-on-demand companies. Please allow the time stated on the product pages for production and delivery. 

Follow size guides carefully, each product is made based off your preferences (size, color, design). We do not offer exchanges or returns unless an order arrives damaged or incorrect from the original order placed. Otherwise, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

REMINDER: TEES, HOODIES AND SWEATSHIRTS (UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE) ARE UNISEX FIT (MENS FIT) - to receive desired female fit, order 1-2 sizes down from a regular women's t-shirt.
